Yes, I would have triple DST. Not going to bother doing it if everyone else isn’t, as the evenings are light enough anyway.

Latest solar noon would be 15:13 on July 12, when the sun would rise at 07:01 and set at 23:24, much more sensible and in line with waking hours.

It’s proof from the poll that another user did that people prefer later sunrise times, so you are clearly in the minority!

Average solar noon is not important, earliest is. The earliest solar noon should ever be is 12:00, as the balance should always be shifted in favour of afternoon light.

Yes it is solar noon should NEVER be before actual noon. In some locations I might be 4 minutes ahead of Standard Time if with Standard Time solar noon would be 11:56
