Well the only places colder than Buxton in Europe appear to be mountains in the alps.. how typical.

21c and completely sunny with a weak southwesterly wind but the sun is too strong and it's slightly too hot. I guess I have to get used to it.

It is that unsual? I've been near Buxton least July, it was something like 12°C at max of the day, but I was kind of surprised that many people were wearing Shorts and T-shirts as if it was 25°C... It seemed to me people are relatively used to having cool temperatures up there
