Extremely pleasant for the whole calendar year and it isn't too rainy so I'd say this is nearly a perfect climate all in all... Could be warmer/colder but then it wouldn't be as pleasant. Easy weather to acclimate to...

A (perfect lukewarm/mild days, cool nights), and not far from lukewarm beach

I say B maybe B+. Not too different from where I'm currently working in Arequipa, Peru but Arequipa is ever so slightly warmer.
