A+. Two wet seasons and two dry seasons make this pretty interesting with pleasant temperatures. I'm not too sure if those record temps can be trusted though. Medellín has a very similar climate and has less extreme record temps.

Another fact of rating, if deneb gives it an A, I give it an F.
(No offense, just in good fun!)

I really don't see how this climate can get any Fs. It's not oppressively hot or frigid or excessively wet or gloomy. The temperature variability is pretty much zero but you don't have to travel far in this area to see snow or true tropical temperatures.

This is a thread for this climate specifically, yes? This climate offers absolutely nothing at all for me in anyway whatsoever.

D - would have been an E if that was a option.

A-, inoffensive equatorial, but temperate climate due to the 1600 meter elevation. Rainfall is high but not excessive.
Would need slightly lower minimums to get a full A.

A- ... bordering on too cool and wet, but exceedingly comfortable. Probably somewhere immediately downhill of this area would be perfect, especially if it still had all that nice rain ( my tolerance for rain diminishes with the temperatures ).
