I've never gotten sick of winter that I can remember. But of course, I lived in TN until recently and winter was the only time of year I wasn't miserable. Winters here are very long, and summer is actually a pleasant thing instead of a nightmare. So I'm guessing I probably will get sick of it before it's over, but so far I like it.

From the moment the first drop of cold rain falls, til the moment the last drop of cold rain falls, and the realization that we've gone yet another winter without any significant snowfall or cold snaps sets in. Sigh.

When winter drags on into December, you get sick of it. We are STILL getting days under 20C /68F with more in the forecast So far this December, it has yet to exceed 70F Similar situation in Sydney. Coldest start to December in decades in both Melbourne and Sydney.
