Well, there's a difference in the warmest months of 2°C in the high, and of course that spring heats up more quickly in Tandil, but I think they are a good match in general.
Tandil in January: 27.9°C / 14.4°C
Ourense in July: 29.7°C / 14.6°C
Tandil in July: 12.3°C / 2.5°C
Ourense in January: 12.1°C / 2.9°C

Reason: I included data for elevation.
Also, it called my attention that similar climates in northern/southern hemisphere, always the northern hemisphere is way far from the equator than souther climates?
I guess its true southern climates are colder than northern in similar latitude? (in some cases at least, like both presented here)

Only with climates in West Europe (as far as I know), because of the influence of the Gulf Stream there.
If you compare them with North America and Asia, it's the other way around.
wow, interesting. I see Valencia haves warmer winters and colder summers on average. But looking at the stats it seems like Valencia is a bit warmer, though the anual average is 17.7 in BA and 17.8 in Valencia, so almost identical. I see Valencia is similar is sunshine hours, too.
oh, i didnt know that compared to NorthAmerica and Asia is the other way around, though thinking about it, USA winters are waaay waay colder than Argentina winters, and summers are hotter in USA but only in sompe places (while winter in USA is colder everywhere at similar latitudes, right?)

Well, almost everywhere. Just the tiny bit in South Texas and the southern half of Florida have winter temps equal or warmer than the corresponding latitudes in Argentina at least.
