Located in Utah's Dixie this is the hottest part of the state. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._George,_Utah#Climate

I'd give it a D.

That's a tough one, because the winter seems good, but the summer too hot. I'd say B- cause I dislike cold more than I do heat. Otherwise the summer heat would cause me to give it a C.
Palm trees def grow there though. lol.

It's a C+ for me for the minus numbers in winter and too-hot summer days, but the in-between seasons are really quite nice.

I've actually been through St. George in the heart of a summer hot spell, and evening temperatures were surprisingly very nice despite day spiking around 40C. It's bone-dry there; no humid heat.

Also, some of the nearby scenery is incredibly beautiful. My visit to Zion canyon is a highlight of my life.

I'd give it a D.

Summer is way too hot while winter is not warm enough.

First of all, I am not a fan of dessert so the hot summer average high of 39C(103F) really turns me off !

Secondly this city/state has a wide span of daily highs and lows, it's a whopping 19C or 33F difference. Forget about those hot summer months (39C or 103F average highs), even the "best" month of April the average high is 25C(77F) but the daily average lows is down to 8C (46F), that's no good ! Then another "best" month such a Oct, the average daily highs is 27C (81F) but the daily average lows is down to 8C (47F) ...

Nahhh ... this place deserves a D in my opion !

C-. The coolest 7 months have nice temps, but the rest is too warm for my liking. Way too dry as well.

I was there in summer too and even in the day the heat wasn't oppressive. It was 41C/106F and felt rather comfy walking around, at least in the shade. I'd bet Buenos Aires feels worse.
It gets D for its nice seasonal variation, if it was 7-8C cooler it would have nearly perfect temps. Apart from that, not a fan of desert-like rainfall.
