Default perfect year round climate

Having been to San Diego a few times in the summer, I have come to really love that type of weather. It generally is in the 70's in the daytime and low to mid 60's in the evening. It also has low humidity. Is there any place in the world that has that type of weather on a year-round basis?

I agree, but I think in Morocco Agadir might suit the OP better, in terms of being like San Diego in summer all-year.

Lima is extremely cloudy and has, oddly, high humidity year round despite being somehow a desert. There's also what the locals call dry rain or something like that, basically some kind of very light drizzle that amounts to virtually a 0 recorded precipitation.

Inland spots like Calama, Chile with very high sunshine hours but only moderately warm day temperatures come much closer for me.

Eucla might appeal, too, though it has somewhat more of ''winter'':
