Stip looks very interesting, potentially a solid A+, perhaps the summer highs are slightly too much for my liking.

I vote for Samokov.

Winters are cold and snowy but not too cold, and summers are pleasant.

Samokov is one of my favorite climates in general.

Summers in Stip are too hot for me, especially highs.
Winters are too mild and short, and it's too dry.

Stip. A solid B climate for me, one of the better ones in Europe.

None of the climates is wet enough, but Samokov's temperatures seem almost perfect. Too bad the sunshine is probably way too high.

You also could've included some non-Mediterranean humid subtropical climates like Rijeka, Senj or Rovinj.

Samokov is also almost perfect and for me, but I would like that there is a more precipitation.

Balkans is pretty diverse in terms of climate.
Size of Balkan Peninsula is similar as size of Iberian Peninsula, but Balkans is much more diverse in climate.
The wettest populated place in Europe is in Balkans (Crkvice-Montenegro, near Cotor Bay), also town Požega in western Serbia is one of the places with the most fog in Europe.

What is the most "Slavic" climate of all these in your opinion?

I think the one which is the closest to Moscow.
