I'd love it if someone could calculate the last three decades of averages for Osoyoos; I'd be curious if it edged up to 30 yet for summer average highs.
As for Medicine Hat, D+ for sun and warmer summers than it had!
B. Too dry. Winters are too unstable (look at record highs), while winter lows are cooler than ideal. Summer (at least, its highs) are hotter than ideal. And its too sunny especially in summer.
I don't particularly like most Canadian climates.. On the west coast you have Vancouver which is a slightly cooler version of London here, and the other climates tend to get warm summers, but they cool down too much.. 11C as a low in summer is too cool for me! I also detest cold winters.. I don't mind cold winters that are snowy, but when it starts getting to average lows below -5C then that is already too cold for me! A big plus for me though, are the sunshine hours.
Overall i'd give this climate a D, because summer days would at least be nice
