A. Sub-20c lows in summer are gay. Summer is supposed to be warm enough to enjoy life, not rug up against lame wintry cold. Very nice summers, comfortable winters, a bit of variety. However, the zero rainfall tells me there is no chance of storms in summer.

I gave it a B because of the lack of thunderstorms and such during summer, as well as a longer season of cold weather than I'd like.

Haifa is very humid in the summer. That is its main flaw in the weather dept.
