Poor old La Paz?. I spent a few days there in an April, and found it quite pleasant.

People forget the altitude, as someone mentioned it probably feels very pleasant.

La Paz is like the coldest month in Buenos Aires for the entire year (with way colder lows) and Singapore is like an extended BA January (hottest month) with less sun and more humidity! No contest.

Even if La Paz were 10c colder and freezing all year round, it will be 100 better than Singapore!

Singapore represents all i hate about weather, it has to be one of the most despised climates for me. I HATE IT!

so, of course, La Paz wins, by FAR.

La Paz. It may be on the cool side, but at least it isn't too uncomfortable.

Singapore's climate is just gross. Hot, humid, wet...yuck

La Paz. Singapore has too much of everything: heat, rain, humidity.
La Paz has even recorded snow before.

La Paz gets quite cold in the night, but i guess that you won't feel cold at daylight since the sun is so powerfull there.
Close to the Equator and high altitude, means that there is no place on earth where the sun is as powerful.
I'd still favour Singapore though.

Easy choice. Singapore is pretty much a giant F for me

The lower-mid elevations of La Paz, I would probably give a B- or so.

La Paz for its more comfortable climate plus despite its dryish and sunny climate it does seem to get a large number of thunderstorms too.
Then there is the obvious chance the experience snow during winter every now and then so its clearly La Paz for me.
