The two cloudiest inhabited places on earth?

For most people it's horrific vs disgusting, which is exactly why I made this

Kinlochewe for the warmer summers and slightly higher sunshine in the highest average month...despite the higher rainfall.

Kinlochewe. Note that topography helps lower the sunshine total, so the cloudiness is not as extreme as it appears. Torshavn is climatological hibernation or death.

Two excellent climates, but I'll go with Kinlochewe for the higher rainfall and warmer summers. 65 F is around my ideal summer highs.

It's rather disappointing that Dutch Harbor, in the Aleutian Islands has no sunshine data (at least I haven't been able to find any) as it could very well beat those two locations in terms of sheer gloominess!
