Montpelier, Vermont - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Montpellier - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One was named after the other.

But whose climate would you rather have?
The seasons of the continental New England city or the warmth of the Mediterranean French city?

Montpelier, Vermont for me of course. It's cooler in every month, has better summers, and unlike its French namesake it has a decent winter .

Le Vermont for me aswell. It has proper winters, 'nuff said.
Btw add a couple degrees F to these Montpellier highs, at least in summer, cause the airport station is right by the laguna.

France for me. A nice climate, even the summers aren't as dry as some Mediterranean climates.

Vermont is way too cold in winter for me.
