Crummy in Central Texas. I had to come in about an hour ago from doing some yard work as I was getting way too hot. It's in the 90s and I can guarantee it won't feel like Autumn until at least the last week in October if we're lucky. I can even remember some Halloweens when it was so uncomforably humid, it was pathetic, but usually, it's cooler by the end of the month.

Right now it's 92 degrees up here and I'm loving it. It takes care of my aches and pains. We've lost a lot of our summer humidity though so it actually feels like 92 instead of having a heat index. Just wish the wind would die down though. I hate the roller coaster of autumn. It's only been two weeks ago that our weekend high didn't even reach 60.

You even have it worse than I do, but I'm tired of waiting to do what I need to do outside lest I pass out from the heat and humidity. I couldn't stand Houston for a week. You and your dear hubby need to get out of there and get to the beautiful part of the country as soon as possible.

Sounds good to me, more or less "Jamaican weather" and you even have a steady breeze.
