Today the dew point went above 20C for the first time this year.. and it did so last year, too. Very muggy with humidity above 60% at all times.

Today's dew point ranged from 72-78 F (22-25 C), with a high of 93F/33C. I think that counts.

Probably would begin around 68F/20C dew point.

When the DP is above 18C it often feels muggy to me

For me muggyness starts at a dewpoint of 16°C/ 61°F

I would say a dew point above 20°C is just a bit muggy, while 24°C is properly muggy and humid.
