It snowed in the Hampton Roads, VA area in early April 2007, I also remember having a snow day in Virginia Beach, VA around 1990 or 1991.

I cant remember snow ever falling after early April in the area.

We've had snow in every month of the year. The elevation and mountains have a lot to do with it.

Likely to be June - latest I've seen is May, as recently as 2010.

Last year, we had a good inch on the 4th of April, the first proper spring snowfall since 2008 (had about 2 cm in March 2010, nothing unusual).

I don't know about the latest snowfall in all time recordings history, but the latest snowfall I experienced was at 13th May 2000, although I was too young then to notice that.

Don't know but it will be into June. Theres no weather stations on the hills here and we don't record snow data anyway, so its hard to tell.

Oh wait i've already answered this.
