Which would you choose?

I think I'd go for Puerto Aisén.. record lows are milder.

I'll go with Tofino for the "dryer" summers. Looks more prone to arctic outbreaks as well.

I think I will go with Tofino, just. Summers are a little warmer and probably sunnier. Both are miserable hellholes though.

Neither climate has a decent summer for me. Winter not too bad in either place.

Neither, both horribly wet. Might choose one if sunshine differs significantly.

Tofino for me. It's more continental than Puerto Aisen, can get colder in winter, and the rainfall pattern is more uneven.

Tofino, has a slightly warmer and drier summer which would make it a bit more tolerable imo.

Tofino

"Surfing capital of Canada"

That other town in Chile has very mild record lows but
I noticed a record low of -1c (30f) in January (their July)
yikes, that's not so good

Tofino has rainy winters but summers aren't too bad,
good for surfing (in a wetsuit of course)
