Lake Tahoe gets big daily ranges year-round, including a 40F average range in summer. Galveston is one place I think of with low daily ranges. San Diego also has a low range in summertime.
Neither Denver nor Phoenix impress me with their daily ranges, though they are on the high side for the U.S. Phoenix's biggest ranges occur in "spring" (May is 92/60F). Denver maintains a 30F or so range year-round. Phoenix reaches about 30F range at its peak then it contracts in the rest of the year. I'm much more impressed by low ranges than high ranges - even a 15F range year-round is enough for me to classify it as "really low".
My vote for US city with biggest diurnal range is,
Reno, Nevada

93/45F is quite impressive. That's approaching a 50F daily range .
