Summers are too hot (but not extreme, than I can't rate it as F), and winters are almost nonexistent. D.

B+

If it was a few degrees cooler overall and wetter it would be an A.

I gave it a C. The temperatures are similar to Sacramento, (Which I give a B). This one has quite a lot more rain though, so I bumped it down a rank.

Northern Florida is an improved version of that weather with less chilly winters and WAY less rain but about the same summer. I'd give it a C or D. If I'm going to deal with hot ass summers I want milder winters 60+. Any variation out of the 60s-80s as highs gets negative points for me. FYI I would give most of Florida a B, and Coastal CA the only place that would get an A ranking from me. About 6 months of the year there look chilly/extremely rainy and miserable.

This is where I grew up.
