Using the latest GFS and Euro... The coldest point of next week will be Tuesday Night/Wednesday Morning.
GFS is cooler than the Euro. These would be 5-10° below normal lows. Some spots maybe 10+

Euro surface temps.

No storm in the end.. but did hear some thunder and saw lighting, had very heavy rain, over 600mm an hour according to weather station, and the streets are rivers, and so is my garden..

*screams in terror* . More seriously, although I'm always more composed than that, that does express my feelings towards that reading for even mid-morning which I know is quite a bit hotter than near dawn.

Just walked outside barefoot. Outside the side door is steps leading to the driveway (in the sun). Steps were too hot to stand for long.

These lows are toasty.

Humid too here but with much cooler dry bulb temps. High was 26°C/79°F, dew point 21°C/70°F.

We got three storms in a row.

As the storms headed east, a feeble attempt at a tornado...

Lucky bastard, I am sure I won't see lightning or thunder until the day I die, and I'm planning to die at an age of 123. To anyone who's had thunder or lightning recently just so you know, I hate your guts, OK?
