Too hot, too dry. Not even a decent wet season, northern coastal Kimberley is better imo.

No wonder Flight Simmer loves it. 106/79F in summer, 77/50F in winter, 12 inches of rain per year, and presumably a lot of sunshine. These very same characteristics compel me to rate this place an F-.

B+ winters are slightly too chilly at night and summers are a bit too hot..but otherwise looks great
