Have had 8mm the last two days, 27.4 mm MTD. No rain forecast before next Monday.

Some minor Aurora Australis activity reported around Perth.

2.1ºC/9.2ºC yesterday and 3.3ºC/10.9ºC today in Buenos Aires. its cold by the standards here, but unfortunately very dry, wich is a bit boring.
Tandil, in the centre of Buenos Aires province, reached a -9ºC again!

high of 16.6C after a mild low of 12.6C.

Today morning when i went to work temp was 2 celsius!!! brrrrrrrrrr

super sunny and shinny day, though. And it got to be 15 at 3 pm. Gorgeous day. It might ve been cold, but i appreciated the sunny cold morning.

Cold overnight here 2C, been having a lot of cold nights this month due to the much drier than average conditions. Average minimum so far this month is 5C, 3C below average.

The first half of July has been very mild iin NSW:

Weather News - Sydney's warmest mid-winter in years

I would not be complacent though that we have escaped winter, I have seen this happen in the past and it turned very nasty in the 3rd week of July. In fact, often around July 24-31 can be the coldest (along with the first half of August).

Escaped winter? I thought you did that every year .

That yields a -144F wind chill. That's what even I can call brutally cold.
