I think I'd go with Mosul due to more consistent cold in winter (i'm guessing).

Dallas for me... winters slightly warmer and summers much cooler. Mosul summers look much too hot even for me

Dallas is ungodly hot, but Mosul is worse. And it never rains. Dallas wins in a landslide.

Both are dreamy, except for the too-cold winters. I'll go with Dallas, most of their summer nights seem to be hotter than most of Melbourne's summer days and get a alot of storms aswell. If their winters were warm enough to grow several species of palms, it would be an A+ climate.

Wow, Mosul is rather extreme in heat in summer, compared to its winter. I'll go with Dallas.

Dallas. And Dallas looks horrible, so that's not saying much for Mosul.

Pretty similar temperatures but I prefer Mosul's dry heat. So Mosul it is.
