Upgrading my rating from a C to a B-. The dry season is too long but it is still a very pleasant climate.

D because at least at it has 8 dry sunny months.

Too hot overall, C-D, but not insufferable considering the latitude.
Would be interesting to see record highs - the Oceanic influence hopefully would keep these in check.
