What do you mean? Despite being scorching hot in the summer, its cool season is rather pleasant. So, therefore, I cannot give it an F.

I know. I'll be in the shade anyway. The dry hot air would still feel better than a humid one.

From what I know, Kuwait can see 70°F/21.1°C or higher dewpoints in the summer despite no rain, so it has summers about as bad as you will ever see on this planet. Consider Death Valley, CA which has similar summer temps, has normal summer dewpoints in the 30's&40's F/-1.1°C to +9.4°C

It gets an E- from me. It takes a lot to get an F, but it still barely makes it as an E to me.
