BA sunshine hours are great, now 300 or 400 hours less would be kinda in the limit of being cloudy in my opinion.

But otherwise that climate looks great! I specially love the summer numbers
Maybe Launceston with 2600 sunshine hrs?

Yes!!! That climate is pretty great!!! Maybe in the past i would have said that 10c average low is too cold for summer, but now i dont think that anymore. I think i will truly enjoy a 10/23c summer! Specially with all the sun! And winter is lovely too. Great climate!

I'd enjoy it myself; Washington State ish summers with much nicer winters. But ideal is much hotter, but it looks very comfortable.

Launceston is colder than I expected. Colder summer nights than here, but days are only the same. Places around here that are that far inland, would have highs around the 25C/77F mark.

Yet, winters have warmer nights and cooler days. I'm not sure if the extra 100 hours of sun is worth the trade off, particularly as the extra hours come during summer, when it's not really needed.

Well, the data I linked to is for a site of 166 m elevation. Other sites in the area at sea level are a bit warmer: Climate statistics for Australian locations

For my area I would prefer winter to be 10F warmer on average, avg high would be around 50F in coldest month, and the summers to stay exactly as they are.

I prefer colder than average winters and cooler than average summers. Anything over 80°F is too warm for me, I love the cold. I live in the North East/ Mid-Atlantic area by the way.

I'd like winters to be about 8-9°C colder than they are and summers around 4-5°C warmer.

Let's say having Paris's Dec 1879-Jan 1795-Feb 1956 for winter and Jun 03-Jul 06-Aug 03 for summer - averages of -5.5°C and 23.7°C. That would be okay.

Winter was mild in most of Europe last year from my memory. Only a couple of weeks of cold weather, in early February.
