Last march i was travelling to Hamburg, Germany due to business reasons. The weather was breezy and overcast. That is my northernmost location. (I know i's quite embarrassing for someone who lives at 52° N ).
28° N Fuerteventura, Canary Islands (the sun angle in July was at ~78° (!!!!))
As a kid i travelled there with my parents, i remember it was tolerable at the beach with a fresh breeze. But once you drove a couple of kms inland, man that sun angle was oppressive! It felt like 30°C + but it was only 22- 25 °C-ish.
