Winter, hasn't even started in most places yet.
As Nei pointed out, our winters are extremely cold, so a few degrees below freezing is actually quite mild for about five of the year.

Anyway, I'm in Vancouver for a few days right now and there's still quite a lot of foliage. It's definitely past its prime, but it's there, so I'll try to get some good shots over the next few days to show off just how different things can be between two provinces. I'll also hopefully get around to posting some more foliage pictures that I took in Ottawa last week.

Today was supposed to be sunny, but the November sun wasn't strong enough to break up the stratus layer. Due to warm October lows, colours are late this year.
