Hmm...a lot of B's thus far.

I think it's great too. If everyone liked the same climate it would make Florida's sprawl seem like small potatoes. Variation in preference also keeps the boreal regions from getting too crowded .

Yet I wonder about how much people actually do seek out the same climate? Think about in our homes.
Indoor climate is quite dissimilar from outdoor climate. There are plenty of people who love hot or cold climates (outdoors) and wouldn't trade anything for it. If we didn't have indoor climate control, sure, most people would be most comfortable indoors in a place like San Francisco, but a huge number of people would be bored to death and dissatisfied with that climate too.

It's supposed to be boring. I like the fact that you can go out of the door in midsummer or midwinter and dress as supposed to, not to have -10 in the morning and +20 in the afternoon. Or regret that you didn't take your jacket or thick gloves with you.

Couldn't agree more.

Summers are too sunny and a little too dry for my liking, winters are a bit too gloomy and snowy. Otherwise this is a pretty good climate, temperatures and precipitation are both in a very acceptable range year round.

I'll give this one a B.

C for me. Winter is too cold and grey for my liking. Summer is close to ideal. The warmest 6 months almost makes up for the coldest 6 months.

Lots of B's. Likeable enough for many with just some minor flaws.

Slightly boring version of my fictional climate Lonington

CFL gets a B if summers where 3c cooler with higher year round precipitation and higher diurnal ranges in winter it would be an A- it would get an A+ if snowfall was higher and slightly cooler winters.
