If there was an "E" option I would have rated it E-, so I will have to vote it F+. It's trash. No freezing temperature ever registered? It gets right an E/F from me. Summers are absymal, far too long, humid and hot. Terrible precipitations pattern. Too low standard deviation. The only good thing is a somewhat high diurnal variation during winter.
Actually it snowed once in the 1980s, but no freezing temperature recorded.
On the mainland, probably. If you count Hainan Island, then Sanya is the warmest place in China, means 21°C+ all year and high temp in coldest month is 26°C
