Here is one from Sicily. Palermo has a Mediterranean climate (as can be expected ). Nice summers in my opinion, one of the warmest cities in Europe. Low amount of rainfall. Average sunshine is 2530 hours/year. I rate it B+.
There isn't a winter, and it stays too hot during the night in summer. The sole thing saving this from an F is low rainfall compared to most climates submitted for rating. Therefore, E. (The grade would go up a little is summer minimums weren't so dang high).
You have to look really hard to find a better European climate. I need a dormant season and Palermo's winters are a touch too mild and dry for my fruits and veggies. Otherwise it suits perfectly.
I'm surprised the summers are not warmer actually. I have been to Palermo and remember talking to a woman who said she'd prefer the 20C/cloudy summers I am used to since there it was always 38 to 40C and endless sun for month after month... I am actually going to give this a C+ since apart from about three months in summer it's very pleasant and useable, and Sicily has enough mountains to provide a winter cold/snow fix if necessary.
