Have you guys tried Meteociel? It's extremely accurate for French stations (bar a few occasional obvious glitches such as a day having a max temp of 173°C instead of 17.3°C) and has reading for stations around the world. Downside is that it's only available in French though.

I checked out Heathrow's March temperatures, and it appears to use the Met Office figures.

It's 15.7C (at the highest) in the western Sydney region btw.
