Baie-Comeau is located on the wider reaches of the St. Lawrence River and has long, cold winters and a short, mild summer. Precipitation is relatively high and evenly spread throughout the year.

Winters too long, summers too short/cool/wet/cloudy.

C-

If the summers were much drier (30 mm at most for each month) and sunnier (300+ hours)then I'd give a C+.

D-. Just too cold for too long. Sub-par summers don't help.

D. Winters are just too cold and long. I love snow, but I also have my limits. And those April-like summers don't help either.

A

Excellent climate. Cold and snowy winters, pleasant summers, decent precipitation, and not too much sun.

The mere mention of the word Quebec is not synonymous with temperate climates.
This one is worse than most - D.

Make it roughly 10°C warmer without changing anything else and it gets an A. As it is, I'm afraid I can't rate it more than C. I'm impressed by the -47°C record low, being a coastal location below 50°N.

I give it an A. The summer temperatures aren't too hot, I like the record highs in all months, the lows are nice, and the record lows are good too. I like the precipitation, and I love the snowfall figure. Sunshine is also good. There are a few minor complaints and uncertainties that prevent it from getting an A+ grade, but it really is an excellent climate.
