I give it a B+. The summers are a tad too warm, though they're well within my acceptable range. The winters are too cold, but it's nothing that I couldn't handle. The winter record highs, though, could stand to be lowered. The precipitation looks great, and the snowfall figure is good (77 inches of snow with 16 inches of precip). The sunshine figures are almost perfect. Why can't more climates have that perfect blend of cloudiness, low humidity, and low precipitation that parts of the Yukon feature ?
This is basically a colder, gloomier version of my current climate, which I'm already not a huge fan of. Winters are too cold and long, summers are way too short and cool, and it's much too dry for my liking, and too dark in winter. That being said I can definitely think of worse climates, this one I could tolerate. I probably wouldn't like it very much, but I could certainly handle living in it. So for that reason I won't give it an F, despite the fact that it has very few redeeming features.
Also, the Yukon is stunningly beautiful and that setting actually makes the climate much more bearable for me. On its own this climate just sucks for me, and I wouldn't give it more than a D, but in a place like the Yukon it definitely complements the natural setting and adds to the real northern feel up there.
So I think I'm going to give this one a C (though still bordering on a D). It's far from ideal, but still within my tolerable range and fits its setting very well.
