Freeze warning tonight for large portions of southern Louisana, all of southern Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and the entire northern 1/3 of Florida!
Memphis didn't have their first freeze until this morning (2 weeks late). I would've laughed if Tallassee would've beat Memphis, since they'll probably have one. Atlanta is also late, they've yet to have one.
Keep in mind I was only looking at stations that have not fallen below 40 F.... so both locations would not make the cut.
From what have seen however, there are many stations in the USA that have still not had a freeze. It would be interesting (though time consuming I'm sure) to make a map of all locations that have yet to have a freeze so far.

Right around December 1st (being a Warm weather fan) for fun I like to see what cities in the USA have not (or never do) fall below 40 F (5 C).
Of course high temps in the 60's and 70's are common in many areas of the southern tier from Florida, to the Gulf coast, the southwest Deserts, to Califorina, but what about lows? So for fun I thought I would keep a running log of NWS stations (in bigger cities) that have not gone below 40 F. I might have missed your town, but I didn't want to have to list every little town, only bigger metro's. Although I expected Florida to lead the pack, Texas is right up there. I was a bit shocked San Diego was so cold so early :
1. Key West, FL = 62 F (11/9)
2. Miami, FL = 56 F (10/31)
3. St Petersburg, FL = 56 F (11/9/…11/19)
4. Ft. Lauderdale, FL = 56 F (11/8)
5. Port Isabel, TX = 55 F (10/27)
6. McAllen, TX = 53 F (10/27)
7. Naples, FL = 52 F (11/9)
8. Palm Beach, FL = 51 F (10/30) Ft. Myers, FL = 51 F
9. Galveston, TX = 48 F (11/13)
10. Corpus Christi, TX = 48 F (11/13)
11. Yuma, AZ = 48 F (11/13)
12. Los Angeles, CA = 47 F (11/11)
13. Orlando, FL = 45 F (11/9)
14. Melbourne, FL 45 F (11/8)
15. New Orleans, LA = 44 F (11/9)
16. Palm Springs, CA = 44 F (11/11)
17. Phoenix, AZ = 43 F (11/11)
18. San Francisco, CA = 43 F (11/11-12)
19. Daytona Beach, FL = 42 F (10/30)
20. San Diego, CA = 41 F (11/11-12)
21. San Antonio, TX = 41 F
Is there a larger city I missed?

For currently recording stations, it looks like Cape St. James at 52N is the station the furthest north on the west coast that hasn't recorded a frost yet. Lowest there so far is 2.6C last month and 3.3C so far this month
It is currently 65 in here in Orlando, yet is 54 in Daytona Beach, an 11 degree difference in just 60 miles! There is a passing cold front coming through and Orlando is expected to hit a low of 43 tonight, with temps struggling to reach 70 tomorrow. Feels more like January than November

It will be intresting to see who can stay above 40 F lows this winter between Orlando and Daytona Beach. Tonight should be cold for both stations (mid 40's) , then it looks to turn milder for the next week to 10 days. Daytona has the advantage of the warmer ocean, but I think Orlando is a bit further south.
Still, I wish I had your 7 day forecast
