Healdsburg is relatively inland and is landlocked by the mountains. Seabreezes would hardly penetrate it in the summer, thus giving it the 32C highs.

Vancouver sits on the coast. If you shifted Canada downwards, without moving Vancouver away from its maritime position, it will be more like the coastal Californian towns at around 39'N - Like, Jenner, CA, for example.

one thing people are forgetting for north America at 10 degrees further south the cold arctic air we have would die down so for instance Toronto would probably be 4-6 degrees warmer than Atlanta is currently in winter and for being at a lower elevation than Atlanta add another 1 to 2 degrees. and for my city of Raleigh we would be just below 26 degrees north almost same exact place Miami is in today. the climate would be amazing probably something like this.
Jan: 78/62
July: 92/75
the average year wont see a temp below 50 and no colder than 45. tropics in north America on the east coast would extend all the way to nyc.
nyc would be like this
jan: 68/60
july:90/76
DC
Jan: 72/58
july:92/74
Miami
Jan: 86/74
July: 90/76
