Winter 2013 photo thread (snowfalls, temperature, moving, colder)

Took this while on a walk today.

These are of Milford, CT which is on the coast in Connecticut.

I took this and was surprised at the large snow piles still around. the ones you have hard time seeing around the corner with.. notice the shore part of Long Island sound is partially frozen.

It hasnt snowed in 2 weeks and the grass was showing before that storm. So all this is from the blizzard still which they got 30" from. 2 rain events, fog, and temps into the 40s didnt clear it all yet.

If you look real close in the first picture you can see Long Island in the distance on the right past that island of trees.

You can also see a building sticking up on the left side from there too under the little clouds. Looks like a little dot above the water line.
