NWS Response to someone questioning those snow ratios..

"Very cold temperatures aloft and strong lift in banding can do that at times!"

Philly is on the edge of mix or snow. It's going to come down to the wire for there. Track, temps, ect.

My Early thoughts are Philly goes from a mix to snow senario. Maybe 2-3"? We'll see. Some models had Philly with 4-6".

Amazing to see tonight storm go right around me.

Southern NJ and Long Island got snow but nothing for NYC and Western CT... Still snowing on eastern Long island and Eastern CT. Biggest story will come out of MA tomorrow.

Current radar. You can see the sharp cutoff.

We're supposed to get it tomorrow although it's been snowing since this evening. This is around coastal southern New Hampshire and northern coastal Mass. I don't mind the snow so much but it's supposed to be sub freezing for a loooooong time.
