Hong Kong. Summers are over the top, especially lows, but winters are at least col and cloudy. I was tempted with Nairobi, but I would long for hot temps. Brasilia was another option.

Another one for Brasilia. Features a "wet" enough wet season and a long dry season. Temperatures are non offensive.

Surprisingly, that's my answer as well

All of them except La Paz (too cool year round) work for me.

If it's too hot I will go to the beach or take another shower, no big deal (heating cost is more expensive than a/c in Toronto), save some $ on heating cost and snow/deep freeze related work/costs and enjoy lots of outdoor activities during the days or evenings.

On a quick check, Mogadishu looks good, and I doubt if any of the other places are sunnier (3039 hours).

It's a toss-up between Brasilia and Nairobi for me. I think I'll pick Brasilia -- a little less sun and 50% more rain, but significantly warmer nights. Winter in Brasilia is to die for.

Weird how Nairobi is so gloomy during the driest months of the year...

Bangkok for the warm weather year-round, and beautiful beaches. I also believe they get the summer thunderstorm that I love.

I so agree. Bangkok, Mogadishu and Veracruz were my top choices, but I didn't choose Mogadishu because it is SO dry!

Mogadishu if indeed it's the sunniest and driest.
