Another poll (I love em):

What temperature can you comfortably wear shorts and a T without any sun (either cloudy day or you're in a covered area)? There is no wind at all. Let's say you're outside for 2 hours to watch a concert in a covered amphitheater.

Considering there'd be no sun, I'd definitely need it to be somewhere around 75F-80F for me to feel comfortable.

71-75 ... but i noticed people in the UK generally need much less lol

76-80°F is about when I start with that. Perhaps a bit higher.

It depends on the amount of humidity. Low humidity and under about 15C/60f feels uncomfortable for me. High humidity at 10C doesn't feel too bad.
