London is too maritime and Warsaw is too continental...
I would prefer something in between but if I had to chose I'd pick London- it has enough variety and precipitation (and snow!) to keep it interesting without the extreme cold that Warsaw sometimes gets in winter.

Those 'snowy days' are actually mostly sleet. Only 4 of them are truly snowy.

Anyway, London takes this one easily for being warmer and sunnier.

That's 4 more snowy day a year than I get...
Last time snow accumalated in my hometown was 1976 and way before I was born.

no it doesnt, in countries where its common snow has hardly any effect on anything because cities and people know how to handle it and just get on with it.
