Tampere for sure. I've come to realize the main thing about weather I like is change. Ireland is a cool wet fall year round which would get boring fast.

I can't stand when everything come to a standstill under the cold, white, deadly shroud of snow anymore. So sinister. So Galway it is, although that climate for me is far, far from ideal.

Galway is a nice climate, chilly but never cold.
tampere is cold for 5 months.

Almost a tie, ireland only leading with 1 vote I suppose its a bit like choosing which hell do you prefer... but I would go for Tampere
