July

Normal High Temp= 109 vs 97
Normal Dew Point= 51 vs 71
Normal Heat Index= 107 vs 105

No that is in fact the "AVERAGE DEWPOINT" used by calculating the average relative humidity versus the average mean temperature.

So for Dallas, avg mean in July is 86.5, and average humidity is 60%. That is an average dewpoint of 71.

Likewise, Palm Springs, avg mean in July is 95, and average humidity is 23%, which is an average dewpoint of 51

Dallas's average July dew point is 71.7 F, but only 70 F for DFW.
