I should've made the summers colder (upper 40s for highs and low 40s for lows).

Too cold, overly wet/snowy, poor sunshine and a torrentially wet and cool excuse for a summer.

At first glance it looks weird, but I actually like it. The temperatures and records are very good, the sunshine is very good, and so is the snowfall, though I'd prefer for some of that summer snowfall to be transferred to winter. The only weird thing is that monsoon, but it wouldn't be a problem with those temperatures. A climate with great characteristics and no problems surely deserves an A.
