The temperature profile is very similar to that of NYC. I think it's too dry and the sunshine is underwhelming. I'd rate it lower than NYC for that reason. C.

C winters are too cold and there is not enough sunshine but it's summers are nice and warm so that brings up it's grade.

It reminds me of the climate where I live, except with less sunshine and presumably less snow (though there are more snowy days).
