Second largest portuguese city

Porto - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It shares the latitude with New York, in the other side of the atlantic obviously.

Curiosity:
The last time this city saw snow was in 1983, in 2009 it snowed in the outskirts but not in the city.

B-
I would prefer much better Porto's climate than New York's. New york is too cold in winter and too hot+humid in summer. Porto has a respectable climate for Europe, even If I would prefer that of Lisboa.

Rather wet. Tame seasons. No real winter (thankfully). Sun is adequate. C-.

Crappy. E. Summers get a D, but those winters are solid F. So I'll go in the middle.

A wet version of Melbourne. How does the rain fall, does it get many storms or just extended periods of boring light rain? That'll be the decider between a D+ and a C.....

It doesn't get many storms with thunders and strong winds and such, but it does get heavy rain often, for example 30mm in a 6 hour period happens a couple of times per winter.

How a wet month looks like
