They are actually pretty similar. I choose Moscow because it's wetter and has longer and warmer summers.

Moscow for me. A longer, warmer summer, offsets the small sunshine lead Stockholm has.

Moscow stinks, what evil dreadful cold hellish winters.

Stockholm is just subarctic, no real summers and desperately cold all year. So I vote neither!

Tough choice - both are pretty poor:

Moscow has very cold temps in the 3 winter months (no highs even average above freezing)...but at least there is some semblance of summer with 3 months that have highs above 70 F. Stockholm has a bit warmer winter days (but still below freezing) and only one month that just cracks 70 F (July at 72 F).

I would say Moscow.

Well, I'm traveling in Stockholm right now, and it's quite warm, sunny and pleasant overall.

I chose Stockholm but you're right about Moscow having a longer, warmer summer.

Infact Moscow is currently enjoying a nice stretch of above normal temps,
high today in Moscow was 28c / 83F
