2013 is vey below average until now, summer almost didn't have real hot days, March was freaking cold for its normals, we had already two great cold waves in May with freezing and big frosts.
But 2012 was the opposite situation, abnormally warm in almost all months.
I always thought they were doing it to cool us down from global warming (before I realized I was brainwashed) but now I might believe they are trying to warm us up instead.
