Assuming that the sea level climate is similar to Singapore, the difference between Singapore and Icee Rock's annual means is 54C/97F, and using the rule of thumb that for each kilometer of altitude the temperature cools by 6.5C, Icee Rock would be 8300 meters up, or 27 000 feet. The tallest peaks in the Himalays are around this altitude, so it's not an inconceivable form of climate for an Earth-like planet. Of course the trick would be finding a place this high up that isn't on a steep mountain slope, but rather something resembling a plateau. If there was a plateau similar to Tibet but on the equator and 30 000 feet up it would be quite interesting, sort of like a tropical Antarctica.

Comfortville averages zero rainfall per year. Is that dry enough for you ?

Comfortville. Mistee is too cool (never gets really warm, i can't stand heat, but also don't like too cool summers). Tropicana is too hot. Icee Rock... I like cold winters, but not all year round (in fact, even plants can't grow there). In comfortville, they can grow with irrigation. However, the zero precipitation in Comfortville made me doubt.

Poll still more lopsided than I expected of a forum of weather enthusiasts. I guess if there is no seasonal variation, many of you will take "comfort" over eventful weather. Where are all the tropical climate lovers? Hawaii4ever? Miamihurricane?

Not a fan of one season climates but Tropicana for me, lots of storms and I'd rather constant heat and humidity than the cold/blandness of the other choices.

I think they meant "hot desert" rather than temperate desert. I am going to create another fictional climate with daily highs of 100 F and daily lows of 85 F with no standard deviation and no rainfall and put it into another "battle of seasonless fictional climates" thread against Tropicana, Mistee, and Icee. I will remove Comfortville from the battle to make people choose between what type of weather they'd want to put up with year round.

Mistee - the best, but still a 64% / D.

Tropicana - too hot year round. 46% / F.

Icee Rock - too cold year round. 39% / F.

Comfortville - utter garbage. No variation and no precipitation. 0% / F-.

Tropicana. Comfortville's non-rain history is a no no for me.
